Attendee Registration

Registration Fee: $55 until October 5, 2006. This includes Friday night dinner, Saturday breakfast and Saturday lunch. Please make sure to record your dinner entree choice (chicken or vegetarian) when registering. Fee increases to $65 after October 5, 2006. Dinner may be unavailable to those registering after October 15, 2006. To verify dinner availability after October 15, 2006 please call Ms. Becky Beahm at 920-424-1129.
Additional Meals: Additional Friday night dinners may be purchased for $18 each. Please make sure to record entree choices (chicken or vegetarian) for each of your guests.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted until October 13, 2006. A $15 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. You may cancel using the registration site.
Do not give us your social security number. We do not need it.
